Our Story
Once Upon A Celebration started with one simple idea : party planning should not be stressful or complicated. Friends and family kept asking Jennifer to work her decorating magic for their celebrations.
Today, Once Upon A Celebration focuses on decorating only - balloons, backdrops, tablescapes, banners and special details - so hosts can walk into a finished party and enjoy the moment. Every celebration is treated like it's for someone we love: thoughtful, personal and done with care.

Welcome to Once Upon A Celebration by Jennifer! We help you turn life's biggest moments into unforgettable celebrations. From birthdays, graduations and anniverseries to corporate events and showers, we handle the details so you can relax and enjoy the day.
1) Fill out the "Plan my Party" form with your event date, location, guest count, budget, and any inspiration photos or ideas.
2) We review your details and email you with a custom decorating plan and quote.
3) Once you approve, we handle all the decor - design, setup, and styling, so you can walk into a fully decorated celebration and just enjoy!
